Building Facade

Building Facade
Building Facade In construction, the exterior of a building is called the facade. In building design, the facade is the most important part because the facade defines the framework for the rest of the building. Many facades have historical value, and in various countries there are strict rules on the subject of facade changes, some of which prohibit any change in historical facades. In traditional Iranian architecture, the makeup that is added to the building after finishing work is called amoud, such as additional decoration, stone or brick display, tiling and bedding. Building facades include the two main sides of the building or more, the roof entrance and main entrance of the building depending on the shape and type of land. In most countries, these parts are designed and constructed to match the facade with the texture of the structure under the supervision of urban organizations. View as a reagent We are not left with only the task of protection and an internal and external interface. "Since the individual's clothing was considered to represent his personality, the house should be the" second clothing ", representing the owner's personality, dignity, and social status." In Western architecture or corruption, it has a show mode, as in the same place. The first shows the person living behind it. Everything represents the family character, everything shows the social class and the ownership of the landlord. [5] The choice of rectangular shape in the building made the buildings orient. The sloping roof form and the potential directions of the building's expansion led one of the four potential facades, one with a more important front and better visibility and access to the main one, and the front to be called the back wall or the back front, the other two. If it is not connected to the tissue, consider the sub front. In Europe, the main front was called "corruption" which means face. "The word has Latin roots but has been around since the late Middle Ages." From that time on, the appearance of the building, which was sometimes occupied by a shop on the ground floor and where the shop owner lived behind and above it, had to have a customer-friendly face and represent its owner's personality. While the architect's showmanship was not yet common, he tried to improve the quality of the corruption with his own taste and skill. For this reason, the buildings were always in harmony with the diversity of their views. Appearance was still in its infancy, and what was still adjacent to relative display was the church as the house of God. At this time, other public buildings, such as the municipalities and the Guild Center, stopped exaggerating and became humble. A new revolution began in the Renaissance, which was later considered a dilemma. During the Renaissance, the Board of Trustees and the Church Fathers were not the only major clients of the architect. But bourgeoisie (merchants, bankers and artisans who have just arrived) have also been added to the ranks of customers. However, the construction of the church and the prayer hall, the painting of the walls and the statue of the saints, along with the worldly reward, also brought the reward of the Hereafter. In the construction of private and public palaces and buildings, worldly rewards must also compensate for the vacuum of otherworldly rewards. He not only signed his works, but also turned them into a record of attracting more and richer customers. From now on, the building must introduce the skill and art of its designer and builder. It was in this way that many architects gained fame and became role models for the architects of their time and after. This competition between architects has accelerated over time, which is now one of the causes of building disorder. [3] Although during the Baroque and political tyranny, it interrupted the expression of the architect's personality, he could not eradicate it. The architects of the Baroque period remained bold and under the command of the royal orders of their masters, to compensate the dead as soon as possible after the overthrow of the aristocratic system. During the Baroque period, the building must merely represent the character and credibility of its owner, and if there is not much credit left for the owner of the building, it must create credit for the owner of the building by falsifying reality. If the owner does not have enough money for marble, there is not enough gold for gilding, the architect must produce marble by painting the marble texture on the plaster and applying the golden color on the columns, gloss and fake shock for the work. In this way, the unpleasant tradition of observer seduction between owners and architects became common. Roman facade The façade, as its name suggests, is derived from the architecture and façade of ancient Roman buildings. Of course, this view is also known in the world as the classic view. The Roman façade gives a special grandeur to the residential building and creates the feeling that people from a special and educated and, of course, wealthy class live in it. The façade should be white in its original form, as Roman buildings were made of light-colored stones. If the Roman façade is chosen for certain buildings such as universities, museums, the Congress building, etc., sculptures in the Roman style may also be used around it. This is less the case for residential buildings, but there is no law for it, and everything comes down to the taste, the desire, and of course the construction budget. It is understandable that in order to implement this facade of the building, high quality stone materials are needed that can be cut at the same time. In Iran, marble, granite and travertine natural stones are commonly used, and their mines are also available domestically. Of course, in recent years, white cement has also been used to implement and implement Roman facades. What elements and features does the Roman façade have? To have a building with a real and authentic Roman view, you should consider and implement the following: • Use columns with a circular cross section and do not use angular columns • Using small, decorative columns next to other columns • The use of capitals with ancient Roman design • The use of large arches in which delicate and prominent carvings are carved • Use a variety of crescents, window frames, necklaces, inscriptions, pasta, etc. • Proper implementation of the Roman facade is very expensive and time consuming and requires very skilled and competent people. Just as a well-executed Roman façade evokes admiration, a half-finished façade that is merely a stubborn imitation of real-life examples can make the whole building and even that part of the street look bad. • The smaller the budget allocated for the implementation of the Roman facade, the lower the possibility of processing the details of the plan. It is not possible to take a Roman façade and wrap it up for other buildings. One of the important issues is that all the details of the Roman facade should be designed specifically according to the shape, size and angles of a building. • The stones in the Roman façade must be fragmented and fragmented. If small parts and debris are attached to each other due to short-term execution or lack of budget, these components will break and disintegrate over time, resulting in higher financial costs. On the other hand, the separation and fall of these parts may cause serious damage to passers-by. Why is Roman façade so popular? The Roman façade is very stylish and luxurious for residential buildings. When properly lit, the building will shine like a piece of original jewelry, even at night. This view, along with its grandeur, also creates a sense of reassurance and encouragement for the viewer. It should be noted that the Roman façade is original and should not be damaged by cheap copies. But since these days there are fans of this view in all walks of life, it is better to find ways to make it less expensive while maintaining the principles and observing safety.
